MAN City ace Mario Balotelli stunned a fan of rivals United — by challenging the 21-year-old to OUT PUNCH him.
Matt Sherrington had just smashed the high score on an arcade's coin-operated punchbag machine when the zany Italian walked in.
Ace ... Mario Balotelli
Balotelli, 21, threw down the gauntlet — then battled in vain to throw the hardest punch as the pair spent 15 minutes trading blows.
Champ Matt, of Cheadle, Gtr Manchester, grinned yesterday: "Mario never got a higher score than me. He needs to train a bit harder.
"Mario is competitive but so am I. He took the defeat well. When he left, he smiled at me and said, 'Well done, see you later'." Matt was with pals at a leisure complex in Didsbury, Manchester, when striker Balotelli — famed for his madcap antics — came in with several chums of his own.
Matt joked: "It was nice to put one over on City.
"I just hope United do the same in the FA Cup on Sunday."
